Exchange Policy
Upon receiving your order, if you require alterations or size changes, you can reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of delivery receipt.
Exchanges are only available for sizing issues. In such cases, we can provide the same design and color in your required size.
Kindly note that If your exchange is approved, you will be responsible for the shipping the item to our location in Dubai, as well as the shipping fee for the new item we send to you.
If your alterations or size change request is approved by our customer service team, please ensure to return the item in its original condition, the same condition in which it was shipped (unwashed, unused, undamaged), along with the original packaging and receipt.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Femme Fatale tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
All orders placed during online sales and promotional periods are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.
Please be aware that Femme Fatale reserves the right to decline alteration or exchange requests once the order has been confirmed. Any such requests will only be considered based on availability and at the discretion of the company.
